Hi, hopefully someone can help with the following.
My wife has recently changed her phone, in the course of doing so she went from a normal SIM to a Micro SIM. She's with Virgin Media.
She had an HTC Desire S and as upgraded to a Samsung S4 Mini.
She has never backed her contacts up off the old SIM. It's probable that Virgin have deactivated the old SIM card.
Does anyone know a way that she can transfer her contacts on the old SIM to her new phone? If so how can she sort this out?
