Difficult to blood youngsters /lower league players in the Premiership

Love to see more youngsters and buys from lower leagues played in the Team but think it's hard in the Premiership if you are not a top ten team as every game is a must win /not lose scenario with millions of pounds at stake.

Can see why most clubs now go for british experienced players or foreign topflight players , not good for club or country really but can't see an answer to the problem .
